Mr Evans was awarded £3,000.00 compensation following an accident at work, when he slipped on oil from a leaking machine and injured his back.

 

Mr Evans worked in a factory where there was oil leaking from a machine for a couple of weeks and the employer had done nothing about it. He was walking though the factory at the start of the shift when he slipped on the oil which had spread onto the walkway. He injured his back in this accident.
